We have a strict no more than 48 hour policy on certificate requests, there are exceptions which we will make you aware of, but in ordinary request this rule is law. We know these can make and break contracts which is why we always pushing ourselves to get them done timely. Endorsement Requests - All Lines
From driver adds, vehicles, and much more these are handled personally by us to make your policy is always up to date. You can email requests to Endorsements@roofersalliancewc.com or if they are urgent we request you to please call our office at (916) 797-5500.

Premium Financing - All Lines excluding Workers Comp
We do all of premium financing in house with multiple companies which in turn helps you our client get the best rate possible. We strive to get the most for your dollar. These are handled by our account department quickly upon purchase of insurance. Any premium financing questions can be emailed to accounting@roofersalliancewc.com

Claims Management
Here we have a strong belief in all claims deserve to be handled with distinction. Claims are never pleasant but they shouldn’t leave you with a headache. We handle any and all claims by streamlining the process with quick fill forms for easy processing, direct person to person response, and in some cases, it’s as easy as filing online. We have rigorous audit review to make sure that your business is getting the accurate revision it needs. We take many steps to ensure that every audit is handled with care and that any dispute that may be needed is handled in a timely and painless process. First step is by your broker going over the audit results themselves and with you to make sure they are accurate. If mistakes are made your broker will ensure your dispute is handled personally to get the number rights. If everything is a go then our accounting team will take you through the payment process so audits feels like breeze.
